上星期跟大家讨论过小孩容易放弃的原因，有惰性、选择多、怕辛苦等等，他们应该如何排除这些障碍？今日刚好在报章上看到 MILO Malaysia 有关 Grit 的研究结果，正正就是我的想法！
“坚毅是成功的关键，而坚毅就是对长期和有意义的目标充满热情和毅力。” 我试着通过学习和活动提高他们的热情，只有鼓励他们不断坚持，这份无比毅力才会衍生出来，推动他们取得成功，将来做个对社会有贡献的人。

Last week I shared my thoughts an why I think our children give up too easily, whether due to laziness, having too many choices or fear of hard work. Just as I was wondering how to change their mindset, I came across Milo’s research on Grit in the newspaper today.
“Grit is passion and perseverance for long term and meaningful goals. It is the key to success. “ So true! That’s why I try to increase my children’s passion and enthusiasm through learning and activities. By constantly encouraging them to persevere, I hope they can be more determined to work towards and pursue their goals. Like all parents, I too want my kids to become good and successful members of society in the future.
